  • Significant feature changes that materially affect how you use your credits

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Used credits (credits already consumed for generating flashcards)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Free credits provided during signup or promotions
